No, the management of the workspace stays with you. Our personnel only arranges for introduction between you and the occupant.
The duration depends upon the requirement of the tenant, however, we allow tenants to sign agreements for anything from 6 months to a number of years.
If you have an already functional space to let out, your personnel or you, yourself will have to handle the paperwork and distribute the cost among you and the interested tenant. If your space has to be set up for use, we handle the process through an online license agreement that can be signed through a computer or a mobile device. We also handle the deposit and the costs involved.
You or prospective tenants can find your listing on the Book Your Office website. Your space will appear basis relevance to the interested tenant, which he or she ensures using options available under the different filters on our web page.
Once your property has been registered, you can log in update the status of the same at any point.
A cancellation option will be provided on your register portal. You can also contact our office for the same.
For tenants/buyers: Payment / transaction will be done on the platform. BYO will cut it’s commission and pass the payment to the concerned workspace partner.
Not all the workspaces listed on the platform are opened 24*7. Timings are different with different with the different workspaces.
Yes! All the co-working or business centres listed on this platform have meeting rooms that you can book or free zone where you can call your guest and have meetings.
There is no membership plan for the workspace partner.
Sublet of space is not allowed under the BYO terms and conditions policy.
